Travel to high adventure in the rugged Caucasian mountains with Mike Rogers as he pursues the Dagestan Tur. SCI and the government of Azerbaijan are allied in promoting hunting of this sought-after sheep to boost the economy of this central-Asian nation.
Episode 9-NUNAVUT MUSKOX
Host Mike Rogers endures the bitter arctic cold in Nunavut, Canada in pursuit of barren ground muskox. Local Inuit hunters guide the adventure by sled across the Arctic ice during one of the coldest winters on record. With fear of global warming and concern for the popular Polar bear species, the US government has stopped importation of legally hunted bears. The loss of the US hunting market will impair current conservation and management efforts that have resulted in healthy populations in Canada.
Episode 10-TANZANIA DANGEROUS GAME
Mike Rogers is joined by former NBA All-Star, Tom Chambers, for a safari in Tanzania. It’s Chambers first hunt in Africa, and he has his sights set on the notoriously surly Cape Buffalo. Impala and warthog round out the quarry as we learn about SCI’s diligent work in protecting hunter’s rights across the globe.

Mike Rogers’ 19-day safari in the Selous Reserve heats up as he pursues a variety of African species. Tanganyika Wildlife Safaris is one of SCI’s many partners in the outfitting business devoted to protecting hunter’s rights and conserving wildlife worldwide.
Episode 12-TANZANIA
The final chapter in Mike Rogers’ adventures in the Selous Reserve, one of the world’s great wildlife reserves. We’ll learn of the history of this incredible place and two famous hunters from different eras that devoted their lives to conservation.
Episode 13-COLUMBIAN WHITETAIL
Mike Rogers sets precedence on a hunt for the rare Columbian whitetail in the rolling-oak hills of southern Oregon. SCI has been instrumental in the re-establishment of this sub-species of whitetail deer, found nowhere else in the world.
